Stonewall Housing are the leading national charity supporting lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and queer (LGBTQ+) people of all ages who live in the UK and are experiencing homelessness or living in an unsafe environment. Founded in 1983, we provide specialist housing advice, advocacy and support for LGBTQ+ people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. They have specialisms in Mental Health, Domestic Abuse, Substance Misuse and Supported Accommodation.
Claire Linacre-Hilton, Director of Development at Stonewall Housing, said:
“We’re incredibly grateful to be part of The London Queer Fringe Festival. It’s a brilliant celebration of queer creativity and community, and partnerships like this create space not only for joy, but for visibility too. Behind that celebration, there’s a reality many people still don’t see, that LGBTQ+ people remain disproportionately affected by homelessness, often as a result of rejection or unsafe living situations.
Support like this makes a real, practical difference. Every ticket sold helps us be there for people at the point they need it most, whether that’s finding somewhere safe to stay, navigating complex housing systems, or rebuilding a sense of stability and belonging. It means we can keep showing up, day in and day out, so that no one has to face homelessness alone simply for being who they are.”
20p from every ticket sold at London Queer Fringe Festival will go to support Stonewall Housing.
20p from every pint of Polari sold will go to support Stonewall Housing.
